The Long Island Harbor Seals!
Although it might have been gray and cold outside, the Long Island Seal population did not care! Our guests saw about 200 seals on this cruise. They got to see Seals hauled out of the water on the marshes of Freeport bay and hanging out in the water. Let’s remember the other wildlife; the bay was active with many birds and ducks. There was no shortage of Harbor Seal sightings on this trip!
We thank everyone who joined us and can’t wait to see you all again!
Here are some of the photos we were able to take on the 2/7 Seal Watching cruise through Freeport Bay!
Thank you to Steve Abbondondelo, Kim Perry, and Doug DeFeo for the beautiful photos
